1. Stir or vibrate the ink firstly to confirm the ink is evenly blended, so to avoid settlement, disintegrated and bubble.
2. Use the standard solvent recommended by original manufacturer, and do not mix any other additive, so that the ink would not be deteriorated.
3. When AB type ink is used, the hardener needs also be stirred or
shaken to even, and add the hardener in proper ratio into ink
and stir them to be even.
4. At each printing, the adhesion between ink and substrate
shall be checked, so that there would not be detachment
or destruction of finished product due to substrate surface,
contamination or other factors between different lot of
substrate deliveries.

When using an ink to print, there may be problem in the printing operation because of first time use, or due to the characteristics of substrate or ink. IN our accumulated experience, we would present the following frequently met problems and the solutions for your reference:
Bubbling: It is mainly because of the following:
(1) Using solvent other than standard and recommended one.
(2) Loss of flattening and bubble killing function in evaporation or weakened and leads to bubbling.
(3) High viscosity of ink tends to generate bubble and solvent shall be added to adjust.
(4) Lack or insufficient clearance from pattern may also cause bubbling.
Cause of poor adhesion:
(1) Incorrect choice of ink.
(2) Contaminated substrate surface.
(3) Baking temperature is too low.
(4) Wrong ratio of Hardener.
When the clearance is too narrow, it tends to bubble or cause orange peel condition. It is therefore suggested that in pattern adjustment, the peeling clearance shall be 3-5 m/m for ordinary printing and in case of curve printing or other type of special printing, the tension of screen shall be counted in in making proper clearance adjustment.
